Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model, competitor and sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she began competing in fitness competitions after quitting gymnastics. In 2017, she was just 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career in the year 16 when she decided to stop gym class. A year later, at the age of 17 when she was 17, she earned her pro card. So becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. When she was awarded her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years the stage in order to complete her undergraduate studies. In 2015, she returned to the stage and picked up the point where she had left participating in elite competitions including that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for many more years, setting new targets each year. By the time 2009 ended she was the winner of more than four fitness titles. In 2009, she was an NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from the sport to complete her degree at college. In October of 2015 when she competed in her first appearance as an IFBB Fitness Professional in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she came in 3rd place at the show. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and also qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In the space of three months, Ariel stepped up on stage at the Olympia and won 6th in Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel states that she was more than proud about her achievement. Given that she competed against the best of the best. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel's top body part to train to work on is her back. She usually does bent-over rows, single arm lat-pull-downs (on the machine) along with pull-ups and sitting-rows. She usually warms up first before moving on to the working sets. Ariel also Ariel likes to use her time in the most efficient way can be. Supersetting all of the back exercises into three to four supersets of 10-12 reps are what she is known for.
